Straw Cove Baking Company was founded in 2022 by Chef Morgan Angelle and her wife Dené Carroll. We are an independent wholesale bakery producing naturally leavened sourdough breads and stone-milled flours for Acadiana from our bakery in Lafayette's Fightingville neighborhood. We provide whole grain breads to chefs, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and market customers throughout the region.
