We are a 600 acre family farm working to grow food for our local area. Our goal is to become completely organic & regenerative. Our animals spend each day of summer out on fresh green pasture, are never fed grain, and are 'Drug Free' (no hormones, antibiotics or mRNA vaccines). Beef is dry aged 14 to 21 days. We refuse to take shortcuts to meet demand by buying and slaughtering animals not raised on our farm.
