Cattle are bred on-site via artificial insemination, fed only pasture grass and locally sourced grass/alfalfa hay, and receive no antibiotics, hormones, or chemical fertilizers/pesticides. Beef is processed at Double J Meat Packing in Pierce, Colorado, dry-aged 21 days.
