About Swallowtail Farm and Creamery
American Cheese Society award-winning yogurts made with legacy cultures and Grade A Jersey milk, slowly brought up to temperature with a long overnight rest so each batch is ripe with live cultures. The July 2025 Creamy Greek line includes Classic Plain, Wild Maine Blueberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Salted Caramel, with a Cultured Butter line to launch.
