About Swampy Appleseed
My name in Ancil Jacques. I am the owner/operator of Swampy Appleseed Mushrooms. I was raised in Dixie Union, GA. Less than a month after graduating I began finding Tuber lyonii, the Pecan Truffle. A couple of years in and I started the mushroom farm. I produce a few hundred pounds of mushrooms a week. What started as a hobby has now become a career.
