About Tamale Addiction Tamales
In 2010 we started making healthy contemporary tamales using Grandma's old recipes with only natural ingredients — no lard, no trans-fat oils, no preservatives, and completely gluten free. We hand-craft our tamales from scratch and offer pre-order pickup at farmers markets or our kitchen, free delivery on orders of more than 20 tamales, catering, a food truck, and retail sales at specialty food stores around Austin.
