About Tamale Addiction
Started in 2010 to create a healthy contemporary version of traditional pre-hispanic tamales, using Grandma's old recipes with only natural ingredients, no lard, no trans-fat oils, no preservatives, and completely gluten free. Tamales are available for pre-order pickup at farmers' markets or their kitchen, catering, retail at specialty food stores, and via food truck.
