Since 1986 the farm has separated food that nourishes the community from the economy that sustains it. Membership consists of close to 100 households who take vegetables (40+ varieties) and up to three gallons of milk per household per week. The farm store, open daily 7am-7pm, sells raw milk, unsweetened whole milk yogurt, and hard and soft cheeses (Camembert, Feta, Mozzarella, Quark) made at Abbot Hill Creamery from their herd of grass-fed cows.
