That Salsa Lady (Maures Enterprises LLC, Milwaukee, Wisconsin) makes award-winning salsas — including Avocado, Margarita, Urban Garden, Garlic Chile, Sweet Pepper, Marinara Chile and Mexican Corn — plus 12+ varieties of tortilla chips, guacamole, queso, spinach dips and pesto. In 2015 they transformed a 20,000 sq ft piece of land into 'That Hood Ranch,' an urban micro farm using rainwater harvesting, growing their own ingredients and sourcing from local urban gardens and single-source growers. Dedicated to eliminating food deserts through accessible, affordable healthy foods; sold at local farmers markets with free delivery to urban neighborhoods.
