A small gluten free farm growing Dry Beans (Pinto, Red, Black and White), Garbanzo, Adzuki and Mung Beans and Oats to offer fresh Beans, Flour and Oatmeal. They also mill Almond, Coconut and Cassava Flour for Ready to Mix, Heat and Serve products, and grow Shiitake, Lion's Mane, Blue Oyster, Cordyceps Militaris, Reishi and Turkey Tail Mushrooms sold fresh, dried, as powders and tinctures. All offerings are Gluten Free (tested to below 10 ppm versus FDA-required 20 ppm), Non GMO, with no Glyphosate used in growth or harvest.
