About The Bison Farm
A family farm raising pasture-raised bison, always handled with respect and ethically harvested. Federal regulations prohibit the use of growth hormones and growth promoting antibiotics in bison. The farm worked closely with the National Resources Conservation Service to conserve its soil, water, air and natural resources. Bison is lower in fat and cholesterol than chicken — the 'healthy red meat'.
