About The Cheese Place
The Cheese Place is an old-fashioned bulk food store and deli at The Dayton Market offering beans, rice, pasta, flour, nuts, dried fruits, loose leaf teas, and imported and domestic cheeses, plus handmade pimento cheese and cheese balls. Owner Eva Heatwole opened her first bulk foods venture at this location in 1987 and relocated to the market's northern end in 2020.
