the Farmer's Daughter of Saims Fruit, Inc. grows tree-ripe Palisade Peaches picked at the peak of ripeness, farmed using sustainable growing practices. Harvest runs approximately seven to nine weeks, starting around the end of July and ending in mid-September. They serve the Monument, Colorado Springs, Castle Rock and surrounding areas, as well as Summit County, Colorado. Orders can be picked up in Monument Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm-7:30pm.
