About The Kafe (Kafeteria)
All of our meat pies and sausage rolls are made from scratch, using quality ingredients. We make our own puff pastry, rolling it at least 3 times to get the flaky layers. Started baking pies in a rent-by-hour Carmel kitchen to sell at the Noblesville farmers market in 2019.
