About The Mill
JBB started in Josey's Mission apartment in 2010; now a team of 16 bakes over 450 loaves/day, grinding whole grain flour daily with their mill and using the same sourdough starter Josey got from his friend George's gramma. Four Barrel Coffee hand-roasts coffee in a vintage steel roaster and works with growers in East Africa and millers in Latin America.
