About The Pasturage
The Pasturage sells frozen, pasture-raised lamb cuts (ground lamb, stewmeat, chops, racks, legs, roasts, shanks, and breakfast links) along with fresh, unwashed eggs from pastured laying hens. Their sheep are Katahdins, raised Certified Grassfed and Animal Welfare Approved, moved daily on pasture in summer and fed hay in winter, with USDA slaughter.
