About The Pizza Prof
Our pizza is heavily inspired by the classic Neapolitan pizza found in Naples, Italy. Our handmade dough is fermented for four days. Our flour (Caputo 00) is imported directly from Naples. We use top quality tomatoes, meats, and fresh mozzarella; and we use locally grown produce from Los Angeles farmers' markets. What started as a hobby for this philosophy professor, rapidly turned into a full blown family business, operating three days a week.
