Born out of a love of the classic butcher shop, The Wise Ox reimagines the idea of a neighborhood meat counter through a chef's lens. Under the care of Chef Brad Wise and TRUST Restaurant Group, our crew, a group of hardcore chefs and experienced butchers take their craft seriously. Offers a small sandwich menu (Breakfast Sandwich, Peppered Turkey, Smoked Bologna, Cheesesteak, Dbl Cheeseburger, Roast Beef, Dry Aged Burger) plus Ox Box, a monthly meat subscription curated by Chef Brad Wise offering 10 pounds of cuts.
