Passionately made in small batches with only top quality ingredients, in Spicy or Original. Clean (never any additives, preservatives, or smoked) and completely gluten-free (Tamari not soy sauce). A little sweet, a lot savory, plenty of umami, and studded with sesame seeds (or bird's eye chili flake if you dig the heat!). Named for founder Noah Quist's three red-headed kids.
