Timber Trails Forest Farm is a family-owned, 250 acre, working-farm in the heart of the Finger Lakes that produces limited batches of one hundred percent pure, organic, wood-fired maple syrup using sustainable forestry and agricultural practices. New York State's first 100% electric, carbon neutral maple syrup farm, transforming sap from its sugar maple trees using both the traditional wood-fired process and a new state-of-the-art carbon neutral process.
