About Timbertop Farm
Timbertop Farm has been farming shiitake mushrooms for 24 years, grown on premium oak wood, selling to local restaurants and farmers markets. Owned by Jim and Sharon Day, the farm avoids harmful insecticides, herbicides and fungicides, embracing Bio Dynamic farming methods. This year they are adding shiitake mushroom soups.
