We raise Angus steers on a diet exclusively of nutrient-rich grass and hay—no corn, soy, or grains. Never fed antibiotics or growth hormones. Cattle graze freely on nutrient-rich pasturelands, supplemented only by ryegrass hay grown on the ranch and wholesome alfalfa. We employ traditional dry-aging techniques and personalized butchering.
