Owner Shawn began homebrewing kombucha after discovering GT's Gingerade in 2015, and now brews with wife Maria at their taproom, offering flavors like Blueberry Cobbler, Live Lavender Love (lavender from Hidden Springs Lavender Farm in Skillman, NJ), Hoppy Daze, and more.
