About Two Guys Making Pizza
We craft real Neapolitan pizza with just four ingredients: Italian 00 flour, water, salt, and fresh yeast. Our dough is prepared 24 hours ahead of each event. Each pizza cooks in just 90 seconds at 850°F in our Ooni ovens. Our all-you-can-eat buffet style keeps hot pizzas coming every few minutes, even for large events up to 150 guests. Everything is made fresh onsite, we handle setup and teardown. We're not a Food Truck — our mobile set up goes wherever you need us. We also offer hands-on pizza workshops.
