Family-owned land for over 125 years. Ryan and family raise organic crops and 100% grass fed/finished black Angus beef. Cattle are free from grain, antibiotics, and added hormones, and are free to roam. Farming methods shifted toward organic and grass-fed practices after a 2004 trip inspired by Joel Salatin's book 'Family Friendly Farming'.
