About Vacchiano Farm
At Vacchiano Farm, we are real farmers working a real farm – one hundred acres of fertile land in the western part of New Jersey known as the Skylands Region. Founded as a family enterprise in 1983, we raise our own beef, lamb, chickens, ducks, and Traditional and Heritage Breed turkeys, harvest over fifteen acres of vegetables in a typical year, and tend a mature vineyard. Our Farmhouse Store and production facility is located on more than 300 acres right off Route 202 in Readington, NJ.
