Founded by Mike and Elizabeth in 2018, Valhalla Mead produces Artisan Nordic Style Mead using time-honored Nordic methods and ingredients obtained fresh from local Pacific Northwest farmers and businesses. Varieties include Traditional (100% PNW honey, Bochet style), Freyja's Kiss (chocolate and raspberry), Heimdall (whiskey barrel aged), Tyr Drop (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries), Mjölnir (whiskey barrel aged), Midgardian (apple cyser), and Fire Giant (pepper infused).
