About Vandalz Taqueria
Vandalz was started by two taco enthusiasts, Eric and Laura Calmes, based in Seattle, Washington. Eric, the chef and owner, obtained his Masters Degree in Culinary Arts studying in Florence, Italy, and worked in fine dining kitchens in Italy and the US; his dishes have been featured in Seattle Met Magazine. His passion for Mexican cuisine extends 30+ years, spent perfecting taco and salsa recipes. Laura serves as owner, scheduler, and HR.
