About Vashon Garlic
Located on beautiful Vashon Island in the Puget Sound in Washington State, we are a small, certified organic family-owned farm. Our heirloom variety of softneck garlic is unique to our farm, traditionally braided and sold in small and large garlic braids, each head cleaned, cured and ready to eat. The farm uses crop rotations, cover cropping, inter-planting and no/minimal till rotations to improve soil and biodiversity.
