Vision Sprouts believes the best way to eat nuts & seeds is live and sprouted. Their sprouted/activated nuts & seeds are germinated, taking them from a dormant state to a living state, making them less acidic, easier to digest and more nutrient dense. They do not roast, air dry only, and lightly flavor with Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt. Their nut and/or seed butter sauces are cold stone ground to retain live enzymes: no added oils, sugar free, gluten free, plant based.
