Vlad's Pizza is a mobile wood-fired pizza catering experience. They arrive with an Italian wood-fired oven, set up a buffet-style serving table with linens, plates, napkins and utensils, and freshly bake hand-tossed craft 14-inch pizzas during a 3-hour serving time. Pizzas cook in an 800F oven in under 2 minutes. Dough is handmade sourdough using imported organic flour from Italy with extended fermentation, and gluten-free options are available. Toppings range from pepperoni, sausage and prosciutto to shrimp, lobster, smoked salmon and fresh vegetables, with white or red sauce.
