About Vocado MKE
Vocado MKE is Wisconsin's first gourmet avocado toast business focused on creating the best, deliciously unique, fresh and creamy avocado toasts and avocado dishes. Since opening the Spring of 2020, they use locally sourced fresh ingredients — hand-picking avocados for perfect ripeness and making signature mash on-site. Breads and produce are purchased the morning of every event and every dish is made to order. As of 2026, their food trucks travel to local events, festivals and farmers markets throughout the Wisconsin area. They also sell their own all purpose seasoning, apparel, and gift certificates.
