About Voulez Vous Chocolates
Chocolate handcrafted in small batches using ethically sourced Conexion chocolate. Molds are polished and artfully painted with colored cocoa butter, then tempered into a thin outer shell. Bonbons are filled with balanced ganache, caramel, gianduja, or pate de fruit, then sealed with a final tempered chocolate layer. The process can take 2-3 days to complete.
