About Watkins Art & Craft
Each piece is free-form layer built starting with a wood base, textured in a special mix of stucco and acrylic-latex paint. Other materials may include plaster cloth, wire and/or paper armatures, and natural desert woods. Vigas are represented with pine wood and ladders are made of wood dowels. All pieces are equipped with hardware for easy hanging.
