At Wave Hill Breads, we honor traditions that modern commercial bakeries have abandoned. Fresh organic grains are milled at the bakery right before they are mixed into the dough to preserve freshness. All of our doughs ferment for up to 72 hours and are highly hydrated to yield bread that is easy to digest. Another reason why our breads are so good is that they are shaped by hand. It's our mission to bake breads for our community that are the foundation for healthy eating. The cafe serves coffee, breakfast, lunch and signature fresh pizza Romana.
