About Wheeler Beef
In 1843 the Wheeler family set down roots in Kendall County and six generations later they are still farming the same land, raising cattle to provide quality beef directly to the consumer. Andy and Jessica Covert started a first-generation farm in Newark, IL, growing corn, soybeans and hay, and raising a cow-calf herd sold directly to the consumer as high-quality freezer beef. All beef is grass fed, grain finished with non GMO grain, no added growth hormone or antibiotics.
