Wickens Ranch is a 4th generation Montana ranching family committed to regenerative ranching practices. They bring cattle to the processor every month to keep cuts in stock, offering steaks, roasts, burger, brats, tallow, suet, bones and organs. They provide free home delivery in the Gallatin Valley on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for orders of $150+, plus weekly pickup at Dermer Refrigeration in Bozeman on Tuesdays from 3-5 p.m.
