Discover rewilding, off-grid living with hand-hewn log home, sheep wool products, Scottish highland cow, orchard, and organic gardens. Hour-and-a-half programs ($100 for up to 10 people). Led by Amy Gillingham with nearly 30 years experience growing food and medicinal plants, raising animals, fiber arts and hand spinning. Children welcome. Appointments only.
