We offer a wide variety of gourmet mushrooms, available to purchase to customers at farmers markets in the Chicago area (fresh mushroom pickup options coming soon). All our products are small batch production with an emphasis on quality over quantity. All grown indoors locally in Chicago. We offer all varieties that we grow in a dried format for customers to be able to enjoy shelf stable mushroom products year-round.
