Willow Pond is the only sheep dairy in the Hudson Valley, a 'whole sheep' farm producing meat, wool, and sheepskins. The flock is pasture-grazed and humanely raised on carefully tended pastures. Products include creamy sheep's milk yogurt and bottled sheep's milk in spring & summer, and pasture-raised lamb and mutton in fall & winter, sold at their Gardiner farm store, Hudson Valley farmers' markets, and stores from Albany to NYC.
