Windy Brow Farms in Newton, NJ has grown fruit since 1946, after the Inslee family planted the first trees in 1920 and shifted from dairy to fruit growing following a 1940s barn fire. They grow over 45 apple varieties, 15 peach varieties, cherries, nectarines, plums, apricots and vegetables, offering pick-your-own apples, a farm store, wood-fired pizza nights, artisan bread/pastry/pie baking, and house-made ice cream.
