"Sempre famiglia: Always family." The Zolo family — Laurie, Dave and their son Nick — oversees the entire journey from green bean to cup. Zolo is a Rainforest Alliance Certified roaster, sources coffee sustainably and ethically from small lot farmers, and roasts on energy efficient 35 kilo Loring roasters. Zolo handles all sourcing, roasting, blending, packaging, sales and distribution itself.
